Yes, water lovers, it is possible to get in a floatation device of your choice and paddle away on the lovely waters of Brooklyn. Every Wednesday and Saturday, the Sebago Canoe Club in Canarsie hosts an "Open Paddle Program" where experts and amateurs can test the waters close to home.
